Brittany is a designer, illustrator, and creative director with nearly a decade of experience helping brands communicate with clarity, confidence, and visual excellence. After earning a Bachelors of Fine Arts degree in Graphic Design, she began her career at a marketing and design agency, where she specialized in marketing and brand design before founding Flourish Wildly, a studio dedicated to creating brands that are as strategic as they are beautiful.

As the Design Partner for Minted Solutions, Brittany leads all brand direction and visual strategy, ensuring every client’s identity not only looks exceptional but performs strategically in the marketplace. Her approach combines artistry, psychology, and business strategy to create designs that connect emotionally and drive measurable growth.

Outside of work, Brittany enjoys spending time outdoors with her husband and their daughter, exploring nature, and drawing inspiration from the world around her. She’s passionate about learning, growing, and continually refining her craft, always pushing the boundaries of what design can do to help people and brands
